Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Technical (Software development) Project Manager to take ownership of software development projects from concept through to completion. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing delivery timelines, and ensuring high-quality, secure software outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and deliver software development projects end-to-end from concept to completion.

Lead and coordinate developers, designers, and other stakeholders within the ecosystem.

Take project concepts from ideation and drive them through to successful marketable products.

Translate business and product requirements into structured technical tasks using a management system.

Track progress, manage risks, and ensure deadlines and budgets are met.

Maintain clear communication and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure quality standards, security considerations, and best practices are followed.

Contribute to industry standards to improve development efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience (3+ years) managing software development projects
-
Experience using project management and tracking tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
-
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a development team

Solid understanding of modern software development processes and methodologies
-
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Strong understanding of:

Unity development
-
Web development technologies
-
Encryption and security best practices
-
Preferred:
-
Coding or hands-on development experience is an advantage
-
Background in education, gaming, or interactive software projects
