We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Vendor Applications and Tender Applications.

  • Oversee Proposal Submissions and ensure timely delivery.

  • Handle SETA Accreditation and SAQA qualification processes.

  • Coordinate and manage Pilot Projects from initiation to completion.

  • Ensure Verification and Third-Party assessments are conducted accurately.

  • Manage Office Equipment procurement and maintenance.

  • Handle Samples distribution and management.

  • Organise and coordinate Training sessions for staff and clients.

  • Plan and execute Roadshows and Exhibitions to promote EduFeArn's products and services.

  • Prepare Invoicing and Quotations for clients.

  • Utilize Zoho for project management and CRM purposes.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Experience with Vendor Applications, Tender Applications, and Proposal Submissions.

  • Familiarity with MICT SETA Accreditation processes.

  • Ability to manage Pilot Projects and ensure successful outcomes.

  • Knowledge of Verification and Third-Party assessment processes.

  • Experience in managing Office Equipment and Samples.

  • Ability to organize Training sessions, Roadshows, and Exhibitions.

  • Proficiency in preparing Invoicing and Quotations.

  • Experience with Zoho or similar project management/CRM software.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong Microsoft Office AND Google Workspace skills.
