We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive call centre agent with an assertive and determined approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities. This individual will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for Corporate Social Investment (CSI) and diversifying revenue generation by obtaining funding from corporations interested in educational development.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively call potential clients to generate meetings and set up appointments.

Develop relationships with corporates to generate orders for our products and services through their CSI initiatives.

Identify and contact potential customers in corporates, NGOs, government, and schools to secure procurement.

Meet monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

Participate in product development and contribute to social media and other marketing and promotional initiatives.

Maintain customer relationships and provide feedback on existing solutions and services for product or service improvement.

Gather critical market insights to inform CSI strategy and objectives.

Establish and maintain a database of corporates/companies and NGOs.
-
Build and maintain relationships with an identified network of contacts.
-
Establish a customer base.
-
Identify opportunities for CSI collaboration and link projects and programs to EduFeArn products and offerings.

Prepare presentations and proposals.
-
Promote and present our product and service offerings.
-
Planned and rolled out marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing department.
Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the CSI and education sector.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.

Proven ability to meet sales targets and revenue generation goals.

Passion for education and commitment to promoting our mission, vision, and values.

Comprehensive understanding of Corporate Social Investment.

Excellent communication etiquette and people skills.
-
Project management experience is a plus.

Ability to apply creativity and innovation to sales strategies.

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Careful attention to detail.

Strong Microsoft Office skills.
-
Skills to develop PowerPoint presentations and draw up accurate and detailed reports.

Able to travel nationally.

Experience and ability to work with a CRM system.
