Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide executive-level administrative and operational support. This role requires discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:​

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements

  • Handle emails, correspondence, and follow-ups

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents

  • Assist with project coordination and task tracking

  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners

  • Maintain confidentiality at all times

Required Skills & Experience:​​

  • ​Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar role

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

Preferred:

  • Experience working with senior leadership

  • Tech or startup environment exposure
