EduFeArn is a leading EdTech publisher developing innovative and high-quality educational materials for schools and corporates in South Africa. We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. EduFeArn is looking to hire a seasoned professional for the role of Provincial Sales and Marketing Manager: Gauteng, North West, Free State, Northern Cape and Kwa-Zulu Natal Provinces. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding sales in the designated geographic area, securing new adoptions, and sustaining existing relationships. Exceptional customer service will be a key focus, involving the provision of product information and samples tailored to the needs of our customers.
The formation of EduFeArn is to tackle the socio-economic problems facing South Africa. The critical focus is to develop solutions to resolve the dire educational system in crisis. EduFeArn envisions a society capable of competing in the global world of technology and equipped with the skills, attitudes and values needed to improve the quality of life for all South Africans.
Objectives / Responsibilities:

Develop relationships with government officials, teachers, principals and parents to generate orders for our products and services.

Identify and contact potential customers in government and schools to secure procurement.

Meet sales targets and revenue goals.

Participate in product development and contribute to social media and other marketing and promotional initiatives such as exhibitions.

Maintain customer relationships and provide feedback on existing solutions and services for product or service improvement.

Gather critical market insights to inform marketing strategy and objectives.

Establish and maintain a database of potential clientele.

Proactively build and maintain relationships with an identified network of contacts.

Establish a customer base.

ï‚·Prepare presentations and proposals.
-
Promote and present our product and service offerings.

Plan and roll out marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing department. Experience of negotiating with teachers, principals, education officials or other relevant decision makers.

Deep knowledge of the above mentioned provinces and landscape with the ability to navigate the length and breadth of each province.

Understanding of the South African education landscape.

Able to travel provincially and nationally.
Requirements:

ï‚·Proven experience in sales in the education and publishing sector.

ï‚·Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.

Proven ability to meet sales targets and revenue generation goals.

Passion for education and commitment to promoting our mission, vision and values.

Comprehensive understanding of Publishing and Schools industry.

Excellent communication etiquette and people skills.

Project management experience a plus.

Ability to apply creativity and innovation to sales strategies.

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Careful attention to detail.

Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Skills to develop PowerPoint presentations and draw up accurate and detailed reports.

Experience and ability to work with a CRM system.
